1. Returns and Refunds

1.1 No Refunds on Ordered Products

Once a product order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be refunded or cancelled under any circumstances. Products are manufactured specifically based on your order, and therefore all sales are final.

1.2 Damaged or Defective Products Only

Refunds will ONLY be issued for damaged or defective products. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will review the claim and issue a refund or replacement at our sole discretion if the claim is verified.

1.3 No Refunds for Unsold Inventory

If you are unable to sell the products purchased from Clere.shop, no refunds will be issued. As a reseller, you assume all risk associated with inventory management and sales. We do not accept returns due to:

  • Slow sales or inability to sell products
  • Changes in market demand
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Overstocking or poor inventory planning

1.4 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and entered into production. Please carefully review your order before submitting.
